Shipping & Delivery
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
10-20 Business Days
UK & Europe:
12-25 Business Days
Rest of the World:
14-30 Business Days
Please be aware that the shipping times may be delayed due to high demand.
You will receive tracking information 2 to 8 days from the date of purchase. If you have not received any tracking information after 8 days, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please request a refund or an exchange by contacting us via email (email@example.com) within 60 days of the delivery of your product. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will also refund the shipping costs of returning the item.
Jexstone reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item in consideration is deemed by us to be damaged by the buyer.
